Due Diligence
Prior to a possible company acquisition, the company should perform an acquisition analysis (due diligence). The inspection includes several steps and analyses and begins with a preparation and an information request. Thereafter, a financial, legal, technical and tax analysis of the company is performed, which then are compiled and presented in a report. The report shall then act as a supporting document on the alternative acquisition.
At MOORE, we can assist your company with the collection and evaluation of company information in order to ensure that the conveyed image of the purchase object is correct.
