Sustainability audit
Some larger companies or large companies that are the parent company of a large group are required by the Annual Accounts Act to prepare a sustainability report. The report must either be included in the administration report or attached as a separate appendix to the annual report.

The sustainability report must contain information on the impact of the activity on, for example, the environment, respect for human rights or social conditions.
At the end of the year, the sustainability report shall be submitted to the auditor together with the annual report, where the auditor finally gives an opinion that the report has been prepared.
